Hasta la vista, baby!

Our cruise was so much fun, and so anticipated. Eric promised to take me somewhere warm every winter when he moved me away from California, and February is the perfect time to leave Ohio!

We sailed out of San Diego, where we met our good friends Tiffiny and Brandon. San Diego was a cool 65 degrees and raining, but it felt like heaven to me!

Tiffiny and Brandon, looking tan already!

Eric and Lydia, not looking so tan even though I had been trying my best!

One thing I hadn't figured on was the fact that the first day at sea was a little cool, until we got to warmer weather down south. But, Eric found a sunny spot on our little balcony, and he managed to read two books during the week!

We had two sea days in a row, which I LOVED! Sea days means total relaxation! Just sitting by the pool, ordering diet Cokes (which never seem to come!) and all the soft-serve ice cream and french fries you could ever want!

I got so excited waiting for your post that I finally went to your friend Tiff's blog to read about your cruise. She sure posted a beautiful tribut to you the week before. Miss and love you. Debbie

It takes a good friend to know a good friend, sister!! I had such a blast with you guys. We both did. I am going through Ellis withdrawls this week though. Oh, and I miss the sun, too but I miss you guys more! It's past midnight for you but check your texts. You've got something from me.
